Culture, church, and life have sold women narratives about who they’re supposed to be. If they play the part well, they gain love, acceptance, validation, and significance. When they don’t know which role to play from one day to the next, they sink in insecurity. These feelings drive them to people-please, downplay, settle, and perform. In all this, women accept less than the abundant life Jesus died to give them.
